UPLIFT INTELICOM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how INTELICOM LTD, UIC/BULSTAT 205279762, processes personal data through the public UPLIFT INTELICOM website at uplift.intelligent-services.eu and through business enquiries submitted to us.

1. Data we may collect

When you contact UPLIFT INTELICOM, we may receive your name, company, business email address, market or country, the commercial challenge you describe, your desired outcome and other information you voluntarily provide. Standard hosting and security logs may also contain technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access.

2. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to business enquiries, assess a potential engagement, communicate about requested services, maintain website and information security, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing may rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in responding to B2B enquiries and operating our business securely, legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

3. UPLIFT Leads

Valid business enquiries submitted through the website are first stored as private UPLIFT Lead records in the WordPress administration area and then an email notification is attempted. These records are not published on the website and are not exposed through the public WordPress REST API.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, security or other necessary business systems under appropriate instructions and safeguards. Where an international transfer requires additional safeguards, those safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, appropriate business follow-up, dispute handling and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Records no longer required are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@uplift.intelligent-services.eu.
